Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized assistance including meal preparation, service, and special requests
- Oversee daily household operations including cleaning schedules and maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure quality standards
- Manage household budgets, inventories, and procurement activities
- Plan and execute formal events, dinners, and social gatherings
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols
- Train and supervise junior household staff as needed
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years experience in luxury household management or butler role
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong command of English and Malay
- Knowledge of formal etiquette, service standards, and cultural protocols
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in dynamic environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid work authorization for Malaysia
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
