- Deliver personalized butler services including unpacking/packing, garment care, and room management for VIP guests
- Anticipate guest preferences through meticulous observation and historical data tracking
- Coordinate exclusive experiences: private dining, transportation, and cultural arrangements
- Manage guest requests across departments with precision and discretion
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's luxury offerings and cultural nuances
- Uphold St. Regis' signature rituals (e.g., silver service, champagne sabering)
- Ensure absolute confidentiality in all guest interactions and communications
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years luxury hotel butler or high-end private service experience
- Proven expertise in anticipatory service and guest preference management
- Fluency in English with additional languages highly desirable
- Exceptional discretion and cultural sensitivity
- Certification from recognized butler academies preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
