- Deliver personalized, anticipatory service exceeding guest expectations at every touchpoint
- Manage all guest preferences, including dining reservations, transportation, and special requests
- Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and VIP experiences
- Maintain comprehensive guest profiles for personalized future interactions
- Handle confidential guest matters with absolute discretion and professionalism
- Execute traditional Butler services including in-room dining setup, wardrobe management, and turndown service
- Act as cultural ambassador, providing insights on Singaporean culture and local attractions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years luxury hotel or private household service experience
- Proven expertise in high-end guest relations and anticipatory service protocols
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages preferred
- Impeccable grooming standards and polished professional demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities with grace under pressure
- Deep knowledge of luxury service standards and international etiquette
- Valid work authorization for Singapore
