- Provide personalized and anticipatory service to villa guests throughout their stay.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes with efficiency and warmth.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure villa standards are impeccably maintained.
- Handle guest inquiries, dining reservations, and tour bookings with local expertise.
- Resolve any guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Manage villa inventory and guest amenities replenishment.
- Maintain clear and effective communication between guests and hotel departments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; certification in Hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a Butler, Guest Relations, or Front Office role in a boutique hotel or villa setting.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-centric mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
