In this role, you will be entrusted with the operational integrity of our Oracle purchasing and receiving system. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of procurement for raw materials and consumables, from new vendor setup and part data entry to purchase order processing and receipt management. Your ability to maintain accurate data and build strong supplier partnerships will directly impact our production efficiency and cost competitiveness.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily maintenance of the Oracle Purchasing and Receiving system, ensuring accurate entry of new vendors, raw materials, and consumable parts.
- Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in alignment with MRP requirements, ensuring timely placement to support production goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to create a competitive and resilient global supply base.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve targeted cost reductions and improve service levels.
- Track supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness) and drive corrective actions when needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Engineering, Quality) to resolve material shortages and supply disruptions.
- Manage inventory levels for assigned categories, balancing stock availability against working capital targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and import/export regulations in all purchasing activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct purchasing experience, preferably in an electronics or semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (Inventory, Purchasing modules) is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and manage supplier relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities.
