World Wide Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Buyer to join our dynamic team in Gul Circle, West Region. In this pivotal role, you will interact directly with Inside Sales, Account Managers, Order Management, Program Managers, authorized suppliers, and end-user customers to ensure seamless procurement operations. We are looking for a proactive professional who can drive efficiency in our supply chain processes and contribute to the overall success of our logistics and manufacturing operations.
Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating favorable contracts, and managing inventory levels to meet strict business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and procurement of materials and services in accordance with company policies.
- Negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with authorized suppliers.
- Managing and tracking the entire purchase order lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Program Managers and Order Management.
- Monitoring inventory levels and forecasting future needs to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations regarding purchasing.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a Buyer, Purchasing, or Procurement role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
