- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements
- Procure parts and supplies for new products, existing products, and non-production needs
- Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers to optimize costs
- Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of materials
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to prevent shortages
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within the manufacturing industry
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus
