As a Buyer, you will act as a bridge between our internal teams and external suppliers. You will be responsible for identifying cost-effective sourcing opportunities, negotiating favorable terms, and managing the entire purchase order lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and procure materials, equipment, and services required for daily operations.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms with vendors to ensure cost efficiency.
- Prepare, issue, and monitor purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to monitor stock levels and replenishment needs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers and address any quality or delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier contracts.
- Analyze market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in Manila City, Metro Manila.
