Tanggung Jawab
- Manage procurement of materials and services to support manufacturing operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand.
- Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or buying, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and vendor management.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and local languages.
