- Drive the successful implementation of regional sourcing decisions to meet business unit needs.
- Provide critical support and execution for global sourcing decisions and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities to recommend optimal sourcing strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including RFQs, negotiations, and contract administration.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and high-quality service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and logistics, to align procurement activities with production schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Buyer or Procurement Specialist within the Manufacturing or Transport & Logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of global sourcing principles and regional market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and manage vendor expectations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
