Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for direct materials to optimize cost and quality
- Managing supplier relationships and performance metrics to ensure compliance with SLAs
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing purchase orders aligned with production schedules
- Analyzing market trends and recommending cost-reduction strategies for direct materials
- Collaborating with production and engineering teams to align procurement with operational needs
- Preparing and maintaining procurement documentation, contracts, and vendor databases
- Ensuring adherence to procurement policies, sustainability standards, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable terms
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis and market research
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in cross-functional environments
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
