In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the supply chain for essential direct materials, ensuring our production lines maintain world-class quality and efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for direct raw materials to support food manufacturing production schedules.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers to ensure supply chain reliability.
- Monitor commodity market trends and price fluctuations, providing actionable insights to optimize procurement costs.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving shipment discrepancies.
- Negotiate favorable commercial terms, payment conditions, and service level agreements (SLAs) with key vendors.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all incoming raw materials meet stringent food safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and assist in monthly inventory analysis and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in direct material procurement within the Food & Beverage or Manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement principles, inventory management, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proven ability to negotiate with vendors and manage complex supply chain challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market intelligence.
- Knowledge of food safety certifications (HACCP, ISO 22000, or HALAL standards) is highly preferred.
