Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and services according to company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Prepare purchase orders and track their progress through the procurement cycle
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production planning to ensure adequate supply
- Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the procurement process
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of procurement principles and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus
