Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and expediting materials to meet production requirements.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to ensure cost-effective procurement strategies and competitive pricing.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with global and local suppliers to ensure reliability, quality, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
- Manage supplier performance metrics and lead regular business reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies, legal regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Support cost-reduction initiatives by identifying new vendors and negotiating favorable contract terms.
- Maintain accurate procurement data in ERP systems to facilitate timely reporting and strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex supplier relationships.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing supply chain workflows and inventory management practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, global team in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
