- Source and evaluate suppliers for raw materials and components in the manufacturing sector
- Manage procurement processes including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor negotiations
- Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize sourcing strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams for timely material delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement measures
- Collaborate with logistics to optimize supply chain efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing procurement or sourcing
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
