You will play a critical role in the product lifecycle, from identifying emerging beauty trends to executing high-impact promotional strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze stock movement, sell-through rates, and inventory turnover to optimize product availability across all retail touchpoints.
- Execute seasonal merchandising strategies, including markdowns, promotional events, and price changes to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to manage clear-outs, ensure accurate markdown execution, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Develop and maintain inventory replenishment plans to prevent stock-outs of high-performing beauty items.
- Prepare regular reports on product performance and provide data-backed recommendations for future procurement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and favorable terms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail buying or merchandising, specifically within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in retail math, inventory management systems, and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and collaborate across departments.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian beauty retail landscape.
