You will leverage your 3 to 5 years of industry-specific experience to manage complex vendor relationships and negotiate contracts that drive value and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the end-to-end procurement process for offshore equipment, spare parts, and technical services.
- Negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable payment terms.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure all purchases meet maritime safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation within the company's ERP system.
- Analyze market trends and identify potential supply chain risks or cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with logistics and customs departments to facilitate the smooth transit of imported goods.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in procurement, specifically within the Offshore or Maritime industry.
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and vendor management in a technical environment.
- Strong familiarity with maritime hardware, offshore vessels, and industry-specific certifications.
- Proficiency in ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gelang Patah, Johor.
