Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute purchase orders (POs) based on production schedules and material requirements plans (MRP).
- Monitor inventory levels closely to prevent stockouts or overstocking, ensuring optimal cash flow.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Analyze demand forecasts and market trends to adjust procurement strategies proactively.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt and inspection of goods.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any quality or delivery issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all purchasing activities and transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Buyer or Planner role, preferably within the Manufacturing or Electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create detailed reports.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
