Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers for raw materials and manufacturing supplies
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with production schedules
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team for optimal stock management
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement documentation
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with quality assurance team to ensure supplier compliance with standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of plastic industry materials and processes
