Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchasing operations including RFQ processing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations
- Optimize ERP system records to ensure accurate inventory tracking and procurement data integrity
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to ensure timely material supply and cost efficiency
- Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement negotiation strategies
- Collaborate with production teams to align procurement plans with project timelines and material requirements
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and address compliance issues proactively
- Support cross-functional projects through strategic material sourcing and supply chain coordination
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement/purchasing experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and procurement software
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable commercial terms
- Analytical mindset with experience in spend analysis and cost reduction initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Detail-oriented approach with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
