Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to supplier delivery, ensuring timely material availability.
- Research and identify potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, quality standards, and pricing structures.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with vendors to secure the best value for Coherent.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including production and engineering teams, to forecast material requirements accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance metrics to ensure compliance.
- Monitor market trends and inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking, optimizing working capital.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with internal and external parties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
