Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms for raw materials and services.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders (POs) accurately, ensuring all specifications and delivery schedules are met.
- Analyze market trends and inventory levels to forecast material requirements and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
- Monitor and control procurement costs, identifying areas for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and compliance documentation within the ERP system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations, preferably within the manufacturing or electronics industry.
- Strong working knowledge of supply chain principles, vendor management, and negotiation tactics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound business decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
