In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring the timely and accurate self-collection of goods. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify purchase orders (POs) with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers to schedule delivery and manage the self-collection process at the warehouse.
- Conduct thorough quality checks upon receipt of goods to ensure specifications are met.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Resolve supplier inquiries and maintain positive, professional relationships.
- Prepare and submit regular procurement reports and necessary documentation.
- Assist in vendor negotiation to secure the best terms and pricing.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing, buying, or logistics role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Klang Valley area.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
