Join the dynamic team at Iplanner Global as a Buyer Self Collect. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage the self-collection of goods and ensure seamless coordination between our procurement and logistics teams. This role is essential to maintaining our inventory accuracy and operational efficiency in our manufacturing and transport division.
In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for verifying incoming stock, processing documentation, and ensuring timely retrieval of goods from suppliers. If you have a strong eye for detail and a passion for supply chain operations, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the self-collection of purchased items from authorized suppliers in a timely manner.
- Verify the quantity, condition, and specifications of goods received against purchase orders.
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure proper storage and distribution.
- Maintain accurate records of all collected items and update the inventory management system.
- Communicate any discrepancies or delays directly to the Procurement Manager.
- Ensure all relevant collection documentation and receipts are filed correctly.
- Assist in resolving supplier queries related to delivery schedules and order status.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM with at least 1 year of experience in purchasing, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform data entry with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
