Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to drive efficiency in the supply chain? Iplanner Global is seeking a proactive Buyer (Self-Collect) to join our dynamic team in Subang Bestari. In this role, you will play a critical part in our manufacturing operations by managing the procurement of raw materials and ensuring timely delivery for production cycles.

We are looking for an individual who excels in organization and communication. As a Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers, and managing the logistics of self-collection. If you have a passion for logistics and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Sourcing & Procurement: Identify and source raw materials and supplies necessary for production, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Self-Collection Coordination: Manage the logistics of picking up goods directly from suppliers, ensuring all documentation and compliance are met.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, track purchase orders, and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts.
  • Order Processing: Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) accurately and on time.
  • Cost Negotiation: Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms with vendors to optimize company expenditure.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions and delivery receipts.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: A Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in a purchasing or buyer role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Technical: Proficiency in using ERP systems or inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Organizational: Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Logistics: Ability to handle self-collection duties efficiently and manage time effectively.
  • Local: Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident status required.
