This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with expertise in procurement and logistics to optimize our import/export processes. You'll coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring seamless flow of goods while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with international trade regulations. Your responsibilities will include negotiating with suppliers, managing vendor relationships, and implementing sourcing strategies that align with our manufacturing and logistics objectives. - Supervise import/export operations to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
- Coordinate all inbound/outbound shipments and logistics processes
- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and manage vendor relationships
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for raw materials
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams
- Manage procurement documentation and trade compliance
- Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize supply chain routes
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement/sourcing experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures
- Proven negotiation skills with supplier relationship management experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certifications in CIPS or SCMP are advantageous
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
