In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate end-to-end purchasing operations, from supplier identification to contract closure, while optimizing costs and ensuring seamless supply chain continuity. - Execute strategic sourcing and purchasing activities for materials, components, and services
- Manage complete procurement lifecycle: PO issuance, tracking, and closure
- Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and competitive bidding evaluations
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to optimize procurement strategies
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with key suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and maintain vendor relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with operational needs
- Implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering
- 3+ years of procurement/sourcing experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Proficiency in RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and competitive bidding
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and procurement software
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
