As a key member of the supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, optimizing inventory costs, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality electronic components. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes and support the company's production goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFQ, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and order tracking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of electronic components.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Production, and Quality Assurance) to ensure alignment on material requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance through periodic reviews and KPIs.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize stock turnover to support lean manufacturing operations.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in the ERP system in compliance with MNC standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in the electronics or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost-saving achievements.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to start immediately or on short notice.
