Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including vendor sourcing, RFQ issuance, and contract negotiation
- Coordinate with department heads to identify procurement requirements and develop specifications
- Maintain accurate procurement databases and inventory management systems
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to optimize procurement strategies
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with logistics teams for timely delivery and inventory control
- Generate procurement reports and performance metrics for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of procurement or systems coordination experience
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of government procurement regulations is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
