Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the operational sourcing and procurement activities for assigned categories in compliance with Roche Global Procurement policies.
- Support the end-to-end procurement cycle, from requisition processing to purchase order issuance.
- Analyze market data and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic sourcing decisions.
- Participate in supplier negotiation and relationship management activities under mentorship.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning ERP software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
