As our Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product assortment, ensuring that our luxury portfolio reflects the latest market trends while maintaining the high standards of a world-class duty-free retail environment. You will be responsible for vendor relationships, stock optimization, and driving commercial growth through strategic brand curation. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive buying strategies for high-end watch and jewelry categories.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer buying patterns to optimize inventory levels and product mix.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and exclusivity agreements with luxury brand suppliers and local distributors.
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from initial selection and order placement to delivery coordination.
- Collaborate with retail operations and visual merchandising teams to ensure successful product launches and store displays.
- Monitor competitor activity and luxury market fluctuations to maintain a competitive pricing edge.
- Prepare detailed sales performance reports and inventory forecasts for executive management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail buying, specifically within the luxury, watches, or jewelry sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems.
- Deep understanding of the luxury retail landscape and consumer behavior in the Indonesian market.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with high attention to detail.
- Experience with international travel retail or duty-free operations is highly desirable.
