Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose, debug, and resolve complex C++ application issues across distributed systems
- Optimize application performance through profiling, bottleneck analysis, and code refinement
- Implement robust monitoring systems for real-time issue detection and prevention
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve system-level vulnerabilities
- Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical production environments with SLA adherence
- Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance system resilience
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in C++ application development and support
- Expertise in debugging tools (GDB, Valgrind) and performance profilers
- Strong understanding of Linux/Windows systems architectures and networking
- Proven experience with multithreading, memory management, and concurrency issues
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams under pressure
