- Lead technical planning and architecture for C#/.NET applications while mentoring development teams
- Design and implement full-stack solutions using C#, .NET Core, and modern front-end frameworks
- Drive code quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Guide agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for continuous delivery
- Conduct technical reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in C#/.NET development with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert knowledge of .NET Core, Entity Framework, and RESTful API development
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular/React)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven ability to mentor junior developers and foster team growth
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to scalability and security best practices
