China Communications Construction Company (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and experienced C&S Coordinator (Construction) to join our dynamic team for an exciting private residential project. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the effective coordination and supervision of construction activities on-site. You will work closely with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to ensure that all construction operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in strict accordance with the approved plans and technical specifications.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily construction activities on-site to ensure a smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and ensure strict compliance with engineering standards and codes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, including daily progress logs, material requisitions, and inspection records.
- Liaise effectively with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and facilitate communication.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to provide clear guidance to the site team.
- Assist in the documentation process for project close-out and warranty periods.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar C&S (Control & Supervision) or construction supervision role.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD or Primavera P6.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
