Join Talent Trader Group as a C&S Coordinator (HDB) and play a pivotal role in Singapore's public housing infrastructure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile HDB projects, ensuring seamless coordination between structural, architectural, and MEP systems. You'll leverage advanced BIM technologies to drive efficiency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
As a key technical lead, you'll manage critical documentation including Concrete Body Plans (CBP), shop drawings, and CSC documentation while maintaining B-Score and C-Score compliance. The role demands proactive site coordination to resolve technical discrepancies and ensure alignment between design intent and on-ground execution. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prepare RFIs, RFAs, and implement VDC methodologies for enhanced project visualization.

- Coordinate structural and architectural drawings for HDB projects using BIM/Revit
- Manage shop drawing submissions and approval workflows
- Develop and maintain Concrete Body Plans (CBP) documentation
- Conduct site coordination and resolve technical discrepancies
- Prepare and respond to RFI/RFA documentation
- Monitor B-Score and C-Score compliance metrics
- Implement VDC methodologies for clash detection
- Ensure CSC documentation meets regulatory standards
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction coordination
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM software
- Knowledge of HDB technical specifications and standards
- Experience with Concrete Body Plan (CBP) documentation
- Understanding of VDC processes and clash detection
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Certification in BIM management (preferred)
