Tanggung Jawab
- Design and detail structural systems for precast concrete components using AutoCAD and BIM software
- Conduct structural analysis and calculations for precast elements (walls, beams, slabs)
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize precast manufacturing processes
- Review and approve shop drawings from precast suppliers
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL) and industry standards
- Coordinate with site engineers during precast installation and troubleshooting
- Develop technical specifications for precast concrete materials and connections
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks for precast installations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in precast concrete structural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar structural design software
- Strong knowledge of precast concrete technology and construction methods
- Familiarity with Malaysian building codes (UBBL) and precast standards
- Certification in structural engineering (e.g., PE, PEng) is advantageous
- Experience with finite element analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
