Bayes is representing a leading multinational engineering consultancy seeking a talented C&S/Structural Engineer to join our clientâs mainâcontractor team in Central Region, Singapore. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering complex building projects, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and costâeffectiveness from concept through construction.
You will collaborate closely with architects, MEP specialists, and project managers to develop innovative solutions that meet regulatory standards and client expectations. Your responsibilities will include producing detailed calculations, technical specifications, and design drawings, as well as performing site inspections and resolving onâsite challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and analysis of civil and structural components for construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and other disciplines to ensure integrated design.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, calculations, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and regulations.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, and provide costâeffective solutions.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve construction issues.
- Utilize advanced software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit) for modeling.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer registration is preferred.
- Minimum 3â5 years of experience in civil/structural design for building projects.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and Euro/American standards.
- Excellent problemâsolving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Relevant experience in a mainâcontractor or consultancy role is a plus.
