- Ensure passenger safety through pre-flight safety demonstrations and in-flight compliance protocols
- Deliver personalized customer service with cultural sensitivity and professionalism
- Manage in-flight services including meal/beverage distribution and cabin maintenance
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and in-flight incidents using first aid training
- Maintain aircraft cleanliness and operational standards during all flight phases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless ground-to-air operations
- Adapt to diverse passenger needs while upholding Scoot's service excellence standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma with fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Swimming certification demonstrating ability to swim 25 meters unaided
- Valid passport with unrestricted travel rights to/from Singapore
- No visible tattoos while in uniform and professional appearance standards
- Strong communication skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
- Physical fitness to meet cabin crew operational requirements
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential
