- Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of passengers throughout the flight journey
- Greet passengers as they board and exit the aircraft with warm professionalism
- Demonstrate emergency procedures and equipment usage to passengers
- Serve meals and beverages to passengers while maintaining high service standards
- Manage in-flight sales of duty-free items and onboard services
- Address passenger inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the cabin throughout the flight
- Coordinate with the flight deck crew during emergency situations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods
- Height requirements (typically minimum 157cm for females, 165cm for males)
- Valid passport with ability to travel internationally
- Willingness to work irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays
- No visible tattoos while in uniform
