Are you an experienced Cable Assembly professional looking for an exciting opportunity with a leading MNC in the electronics industry? HKM HR Management Pte Ltd is representing a prestigious client in the electronics sector to hire multiple Cable Assembly Operators / Technicians for their facility in Tai Seng, Singapore. This is a fantastic chance to join a dynamic team and contribute to high-quality cable assembly operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for assembling cables and wiring harnesses in accordance with strict specifications and quality standards. You will work with various hand tools, soldering equipment, and testing devices to ensure each product meets client requirements. The position offers a 5-day work week and a competitive salary package with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble cables, wire harnesses, and related components following blueprints and work instructions
- Operate crimping, soldering, and stripping tools with precision
- Conduct visual and functional inspections to maintain quality standards
- Troubleshoot and rectify assembly defects promptly
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Document work output and inspection results
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior experience in cable assembly or electronics manufacturing is preferred
- Proficient in soldering, crimping, and wire stripping techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Physically fit for manual work and standing for extended periods
- Minimum qualification: NITEC or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics
- Own transport or ability to commute to Tai Seng area
