Tanggung Jawab
- Perform manual cable assembly, crimping, and wiring tasks according to technical specifications.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality control standards before shipment.
- Operate various hand tools, testing equipment, and small machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with factory safety protocols.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance guidelines strictly.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and monthly manufacturing targets.
- Report any material shortages or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'N' or 'O' level qualification or higher.
- Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or cable assembly is preferred but not strictly required.
- Basic understanding of electronics and electrical components is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret simple technical drawings or schematics.
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and work for extended periods.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as required by production needs.
