Are you a hands-on leader passionate about logistics excellence and fast-paced operational environments? Shopee is seeking a highly motivated Cache Shift Lead for our SPX Express operations. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our sorting and dispatch processes, ensuring that every parcel moving through our facility is handled with speed, precision, and care.
As part of the Shopee Operations team, you will oversee end-to-end processing—from arrival to final-mile dispatch. You will lead a high-performing team of warehouse staff, manage shift workflows, and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks in real-time to guarantee seamless delivery performance for our millions of users. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse and sorting operations to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates to meet daily throughput and dispatch targets.
- Monitor real-time operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions immediately.
- Maintain 100% compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) regarding parcel handling and inventory security.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including logistics partners and customer support, to resolve delivery escalations.
- Prepare comprehensive shift handover reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational incidents.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline sorting workflows and reduce turnaround time.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution centers, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics, hub operations, and last-mile delivery processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per operational requirements.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a calm, methodical approach to handling operational disruptions.
