Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily shift operations at the cache/hub facility to ensure throughput targets are met.
- Monitor and manage real-time parcel flow, ensuring seamless sorting and scanning processes.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve turnaround times.
- Maintain strict inventory accuracy and ensure all warehouse procedures comply with safety and company standards.
- Coach and develop a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of productivity and high performance.
- Generate and analyze shift performance reports to present insights to the Area Manager.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to parcel routing and logistics discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or fast-paced operational environments.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing shift-based teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (Tagalog/Cebuano).
