Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of conveyor systems and supporting equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of technicians and operators
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all site equipment
- Coordinate troubleshooting and rapid resolution of mechanical/electrical failures
- Monitor performance metrics (OEE, downtime, throughput) and implement corrective actions
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and operational standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process optimization and efficiency improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or manufacturing environments
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5+ technicians
- Expertise in conveyor system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of OHS standards and industrial safety regulations
- Experience with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment
