Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned cache site, ensuring efficient inbound, outbound, sorting, and last-mile delivery processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure compliance and maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery speed, accuracy, cost per parcel, and productivity, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, vehicles, and equipment, to meet operational demands and achieve cost efficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Line Haul, Customer Service, Tech) to resolve operational issues and improve overall logistics flow.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and issues are promptly addressed.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, last-mile delivery operations, or a similar fast-paced operational environment.
- Proven track record of leading, managing, and motivating operational teams to achieve targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), logistics software, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a dynamic, rapidly evolving e-commerce environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as operational needs dictate.
