Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of conveyor systems and material handling equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Manage inventory levels and stock organization at the cache site efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OHS regulations on-site.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of operations staff to achieve daily targets.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to reduce operational downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and external suppliers for repairs and upgrades.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports and equipment status updates.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics operations, warehousing, or conveyor system maintenance.
- Strong technical understanding of conveyor belt systems and supporting machinery.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
