- Create detailed 2D CAD drawings and 3D BIM models for plumbing and sanitary systems
- Collaborate with engineers to translate design concepts into technical documentation
- Perform clash detection and coordination with MEP systems

- Prepare material take-offs and technical specifications
- Update and maintain project documentation throughout construction phases

Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CAD drafting and BIM modeling
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks
- Strong knowledge of plumbing system design principles and materials
- Familiarity with Singapore's building regulations and BCA standards
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in technical documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Relevant certifications in BIM or CAD technology preferred
