Systra, a global leader in engineering and consultancy services, is seeking a skilled CAD/BIM Manager to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing CAD standards, workflows, and templates across multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in our design processes.
As a CAD/BIM Manager at Systra, you will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and design teams to implement industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and maintaining CAD standards documentation, managing digital asset libraries, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across all project phases.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain CAD standards, workflows, and templates to ensure consistency across all projects
- Manage and oversee CAD/BIM processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications
- Provide technical leadership and support to CAD teams, conducting training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams to optimize design deliverables and workflows
- Review and approve CAD deliverables, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements
- Evaluate and recommend software tools, plugins, and technologies to enhance CAD/BIM capabilities
- Maintain digital asset libraries, libraries, and template repositories for efficient project deployment
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline CAD/BIM processes and increase team productivity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in CAD/BIM management within engineering or construction industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard CAD/BIM software
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and implementation strategies
- Experience in developing and enforcing CAD standards and documentation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Professional certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Revit Certification) is preferred
- Familiarity with infrastructure projects and engineering design processes
