Tanggung Jawab
- Design complex 3D parts and assemblies using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Siemens NX.
- Generate and edit CNC toolpaths using Mastercam or similar CAM software.
- Optimize machining strategies to reduce cycle times and improve surface finish.
- Inspect and validate CAD drawings to ensure accuracy and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
- Maintain and update machine tool libraries and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in CAD/CAM programming.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Mastercam is essential.
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
