Are you a detail-oriented professional with a keen eye for technical accuracy? Beehive BPO is looking for a talented CAD Design Review Specialist to join our growing engineering support team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high quality-assurance standards by reviewing, validating, and optimizing CAD templates and technical drawings before they reach final production.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, providing you with the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life while contributing to high-impact projects. You will work closely with our engineering teams to ensure all designs adhere to strict technical specifications, industry best practices, and project requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform rigorous quality reviews of CAD design templates to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Identify and document discrepancies, errors, or inefficiencies in technical drawings.
- Collaborate with engineers and drafters to provide constructive feedback and suggest design improvements.
- Maintain an organized database of design templates and revision histories.
- Ensure all CAD output meets international drafting standards and internal quality benchmarks.
- Participate in daily team briefings to align on project deadlines and quality objectives.
- Update and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the design review process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in CAD design, drafting, or quality assurance roles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar industry-standard CAD software.
- Strong analytical skills with an uncompromising attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in San Pedro City, Laguna.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
